| Appointments : | |
All consultations are by prior appointment only. Please reach our office at least 15 minutes prior to the
appointed time. In case the doctors get delayed in surgery or post op visits, we will intimate you in advance. Please do call the office before you leave home to confirm the time of appointment. |

| Payment of fees : | |
We are a private limited company to ensure transparency and fairness. All the fees are standardized and therefore non negotiable. The fee for surgical procedures is payable in full prior to surgery. Payments can be made in cash, wire transfer, bank draft or by credit card. To book a date for surgery 50% of the surgical fee should be deposited. Preferred form of payment is a certified bank draft made out to the Cosmetic Surgery Institute Pvt Ltd. |

We are open Monday to Friday from 9.00am till 7.00 pm. On Saturdays we are open 9 am till 5.00 pm.
Doctors are available in Goa for consultations and surgery twice a month by appointment only.
